"Customization was more limited than I expected"
I thought there would be more ways to personalize the ring, but the choices ended up feeling basic. Some of the settings barely let me change anything, and I kept having to go back and forth, which got kind of annoying after a while. The site itself works fine, I guess, but if you’re picky about details like I am, it might feel a little disappointing

"Tracking got annoying fast"
The order itself was fine, but the tracking drove me a little crazy. It barely updated, so I kept having to bug support just to figure out where my package even was. For something this expensive, I really expected better updates without having to chase people down. It did show up in the end, but the whole process was way more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Reliable shipping, but I expected clearer instructions"
I ordered from ritani.com the shipping was solid. They sent the tracking info quickly, and for the most part, the package kept moving right on schedule.

It arrived on the day they said it would and was packed nicely, which I appreciated. I’m giving 4 stars because one tracking update lagged a little, and I also expected the delivery instructions to be a bit clearer, but overall it wasn’t a big issue.

"Really happy with how the ring turned out"
The ring turned out really pretty, honestly. I kept looking at the setting because it just looks clean and well done, and the stone sits really nicely too, not awkward or anything. There was one tiny detail on the band that wasn’t totally perfect, but it’s not something that bothers me much. Overall it feels solid and nicely made, and yeah, I’m happy with it

I tried to do an exchange the whole thing was way more confusing than it needed to be. It took forever to get sorted out, and when I asked for help, I kind of felt brushed off instead of actually being listened to. Really frustrating experience.

I sent my ring to ritani to get repaired, the whole thing was frustrating. They gave me a timeline, but it ended up taking way longer than expected, and I had to keep reaching out myself just to get any kind of update. When the ring finally came back, something about it still didn’t look right, like the original issue wasn’t really fixed properly. After spending that much, I expected a much smoother process. I wouldn’t use their repair service again.

I tried ritani’s in-store preview and it was really easy. They sent the diamond to a local jeweler so I could actually see it in person before making a decision, which made me feel a lot more comfortable than just going off pictures online, if that makes sense.
The staff was friendly and didn’t make me feel rushed or pressured at all. I was able to take my time, look over the ring, and compare it to the photos, and everything matched up really well. Overall, I’m really happy with how the whole thing went

"Packaging felt careless"
I was a little disappointed when my Ritani package showed up. The outer box was dented on a couple corners and looked like it had been knocked around more than it should’ve been.
When I opened it, the inside didn’t exactly make me feel better. The ring box had some scuff marks, and the insert was loose, so the ring was shifting around a bit, which seems like something that could’ve been avoided.
For a purchase this expensive, I really expected more care in the packaging. It kind of made the whole moment feel less special, like they didn’t put as much thought into the presentation as they should have.

I ordered a ring from Ritani and ended up sending it back after seeing it in person. The return itself was simple, and I didn’t run into any major issues with that part.

The refund did eventually show up on my card, but it definitely took longer than I thought it would. I kept checking my account and was getting close to emailing them just to make sure everything was still moving along.

One thing that bugged me was how aggressive the reminders felt, especially when I was already waiting on my money to come back. Overall it wasn’t a terrible experience, but between the slower refund and the pushy follow-ups, I’d say it’s a 3-star experience for me.

"Solid warranty, but definitely read the fine print"
I bought my ring from Ritani, the warranty was one of the things that made me feel a lot more comfortable ordering something that important online. I’m the type of person who wants to know what happens if something goes wrong, even if it probably won’t, so I asked a few questions before buying. They explained the main coverage clearly, and it seemed to cover the basic things I was worried about, which helped a lot.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that a few parts still felt a little vague to me, especially around what exactly counts as normal wear versus something they would actually cover. I get that jewelry warranties probably have to be written that way, because every situation is different, but I still had to reread some of it to feel like I understood it. Overall though, it gave me peace of mind, and it seems fair as long as you actually take the time to read the details
